Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships, provided the cancellation request is made within the time frame specified on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you received, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation, and our friendly Customer Service team will guide you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, here are a few things to keep in mind:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Items purchased anywhere except global.balabala.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Due to variations in monitor displays, Balabala cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

Non-returnable items: Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), sale items, and gifts.
Return Shipping Fees

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier service chosen.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/wrong item), the customer does not bear the shipping cost.
